​1+ years of hands on experience in Quality Management System (QMS) relating to In-vitro Diagnostics/Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDTs) and Medical devices. I have worked in both QC and QA departments during my professional career. I am skilled in performing tests related to Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDTs). Excellent in performing various tests such as sensitivity testing, specificity testing, reproducibility, repeatability, cross-reactivity (intra/inter assay) and stability testing. I am a highly motivated person and a fast learner. Repeatedly praised for working with a high degree of accuracy and speed within a deadline-intensive setting, I know how to troubleshoot issues, verify findings and ensure optimal quality controls. Good knowledge of MFR, IHS, STP, CAPA, Non-Conformance, SOP, Device Master File (DMF), Site Master File and Licensing. I follow and ensure strict safety procedures, GMP, assessments and safety checks. I even conduct searches on identified topics relevant to the research. I am also a great motivator who thrives off positive results and seeks opportunities to continue learning and growing.

 

​When it comes to learning I to try to learn from multiple sources-books, blogs, my seniors and even learning communities like Quora, YouTube and Edx/Udemy. Basically, I don't like reinventing the wheel. I establish best practices, and tweak them as required.
